Me: Tina, I need to set measurable objectives for you.
Tina: At this late stage?...I am your Chief-of-Staff. How can you measure good Chief-of-Staffing?
Me: Everything is measurable if you try hard enough.
Tina: Is that your well-reasoned opinion? …Or is it the familiar babbling of a District Governor in near total cognitive surrender?
Me: (after clearing my throat)..For example, I could measure the number of zoom meetings you attended along with me. And, I will have to subtract the number of times your cat appeared and hit the share screen button. That way, I don’t reward wrong behavior.
Tina: In my next input to your monthly newsletter, I will compare my cat with your new District programs!
Me: I have to have my last word…I love your work!
Tina: What???

On a more serious note…
We are continuing as #1 District in the USA for membership growth, and #1 District in the world for Rotary Foundation giving at $7.3 million!
